With over 15 years of experience in customer service, technology, and management, James has built a career defined by both technical expertise and human-centered leadership. His background includes cloud management, software support, project coordination, and customer relationship systems—skills that provide the operational and logistical foundation for guiding complex projects. This technical acumen is paired with a proven record of developing sustainable funding strategies, managing nonprofit initiatives, and advising on real estate development ventures.

James’s leadership extends to partnerships with ministries, nonprofits, and transitional housing projects, where his ability to bridge vision with execution has advanced community-based solutions.
