RELAY Next Generation Integration
Educational and workforce studies continuously highlight a frustrating gap: traditional academic environments rarely expose students to applied, real-world project environments. RELAY Next Generation envisioned a dynamic remedy—a cutting-edge program structured to provide youth with direct exposure to corporate project environments, focusing heavily on STEAM and community development pathways. The goal was to build a flexible model that pairs digital, virtual learning simulations with localized physical hubs.
To turn a brilliant programmatic concept into a scalable organization, you must build a flawless operational engine. 3P3 Inc. stepped in to architect RELAY’s institutional infrastructure. We are managing the 501(c)(3) compliance corporate structuring, designing the internal governance frameworks, and map-making the scaling and replication strategy. Crucially, we interlocked RELAY’s program directly with real estate assets, making the upcoming Believe Center in Windsor, North Carolina, the primary physical hub for student cohorts.
Structure breeds opportunity. Now that the operational and compliance frameworks are actively formalized, 3P3 Inc. is inviting stakeholders to invest in the future workforce. Engagement opportunities include direct sponsorship of student cohorts, corporate partnerships to provide real-world project scenarios and mentorship pipelines, and collaborations with forward-thinking school districts and municipal youth development programs.
The impact of RELAY Next Generation will be felt across future economic systems. By preparing young people to solve real problems through a blend of advanced technology and community-minded strategy, this program bridges the applied skills gap. As the model scales from its foundation in Eastern North Carolina into municipal hubs nationwide, it will continuously produce generations of diverse leaders equipped to participate in, design, and lead the modern economy.
"We don't build monuments to what is. We blueprint systems for what will be. Whether you are allocating capital for financial returns, seeking a template to revitalize your municipality, or looking to deploy an impactful program—the foundation starts with structured execution." — James Grissom, President, 3P3 Inc.
